We Collaborated With Ox Street To Create The “2020 NDP FLEX Pack” For One Lucky Winner

With National Day 2020 in Singapore arriving soon, and the online brouhaha about varying views on what makes a truly good Singapore “NDP Funpack” we decided to work on something along the lines of “what if the NDP fun pack was designed in the language of urban design & streetwear culture”.
One significant theme in streetwear and sneakerculture is the use of camo patterns in products and sneakers. Something unmistakable in Singapore society is the topic of National Service, and how NSFs are often “mobilized” to help in logistical efforts, whether it is packing masks for front-line efforts against COVID19 or simply making sure the yearly NDP parade logistics and support systems go ahead smoothly.
To celebrate NDP 2020, Ox Street will be giving away this specially made one of a kind customized “NDP Flex Pack” to one lucky winner. All you have to do to qualify to enter this raffle is to spend at least $200 on -> Ox Street.com within the month of August 2020. (All entries from 1st till 31st August 2020 will be eligble for this raffle contest). The winner will be contacted in early July 2020 after the contest period.

Taking inspiration from the many powerhouse Bearbrick collabs in the global streetwear culture and art toy scene, we sourced the acurate fabric used in the similar uniforms worn by almost every Singaporean dude who has ever had to serve their National Service. We used both the old camo pattern as well as the new pixel camo pattern to juxtapose the contribution from different generations of NSFs to the act of Nation building.
One lucky winner will win this @Ox Street LABS custom concept “No.4 Air Jordan 1” collectible art shoe designed by @TheCyborgSamurai x @Sole.Machina. As each piece is uniquely hand made in Singapore, pls allow for variations in the final piece. Winner from this NDP “Flex Pack” raffle will be contacted for their sizing so that one customized “No.4 Air Jordan 1” collectible art shoe can be made in their shoe size post campaign period.
